Agreement. These Terms are an agreement between you and YMusicExport (the "Service", "we"), which is developed and maintained by a private individual. The Terms apply to any use of the ymusicexport.com website and its features, including future ones. By using the Service, you agree to the Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Privacy. How we collect, store and use data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Age. The Service is not intended for persons under 14 years of age. By creating an account, you confirm that you have reached this age.
The Service. The Service lets you export and transfer music data between music services, as well as view and export the library of connected accounts. The Service is in beta, and its features may change.
Connected accounts and your data. Your music library belongs to you; we do not claim any rights to it. By connecting a music service account, you allow us to access and process your library to the extent necessary for the Service to work. You can withdraw this permission at any time by disconnecting the account.
Acceptable use. You may connect only your own accounts and must comply with the terms of the connected services. You must not:
- make automated bulk requests to the Service or circumvent its limits;
- use the Service to obtain other people's data without their permission;
- disrupt the Service or attempt to access other people's accounts.
Account security. You are responsible for keeping secure your access to the email and accounts you use to sign in to the Service. Notify us as soon as possible of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not responsible for the consequences of your actions or inaction.
Third-party services. The Service is an independent project; it is not affiliated with or endorsed by the music services it works with. The Service depends on their operation; we are not responsible for changes, restrictions or unavailability of their APIs, or for content removed on their side. Names and trademarks of third-party services belong to their owners.
Our intellectual property. The website, its design, logo and texts belong to us or our licensors. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, revocable right to use them solely for using the Service. The Service works only with information about musical works (titles, artists, albums); the works themselves are not downloaded or distributed, and the rights to them belong to their rights holders.
Changes to the Terms. We keep developing the Service, so we sometimes need to change the Terms. We will announce significant changes on the website in advance and give a reasonable period before they take effect. If you do not agree with the changes, stop using the Service before that date. By continuing to use the Service, you accept the new Terms.
Paid features. Some features may be paid. Payment and refund terms will be published separately before they launch.
Termination. You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your access to it — in particular, if you violate the Terms, create legal risks for us or interfere with the operation of the Service.
Disclaimer of warranties. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will operate uninterrupted or error-free, or that the results of exports, transfers and track matching will be complete and accurate.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or loss of data arising in connection with the use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
