How to export a Yandex Music playlist to text

YMusicExport saves a Yandex Music playlist as a list of tracks in the form “Artist — Track”. You can copy the list or download it as a .txt file. It's free, with no limit on the number of tracks.

Option 1. By link, no sign-up

  1. Open the playlist in Yandex Music and tap “Share” → “Copy link”. The address from the browser bar works too if the playlist is open on the website: the link looks like music.yandex.ru/playlists/….
  2. Paste the link on the home page and click “Get the list”.
  3. Optionally turn on track numbering and duration.
  4. Copy the list or download the .txt file.

The playlist must be public: if it's private, enable link access in its settings.

Option 2. From your library

If you sign in and connect Yandex Music, you don't need links: you pick playlists straight from your library. You can also export:

  • “Liked tracks” — all the tracks you've liked;
  • liked albums and artists;
  • several playlists at once — in a single archive.

Yandex Music is connected through Yandex's official device-code sign-in: we never see your account password.

What to do with the list next

  • Keep it as a backup. If tracks disappear from Yandex Music, you'll still have a list of what was there.
  • Upload it back to Yandex Music. You can rebuild a playlist from the list — see import from text.
  • Move it to another service. Music transfer services accept the .txt file — see transfer to Spotify.
