How to import a playlist into Yandex Music from text

You can upload a plain-text track list to Yandex Music: YMusicExport finds each track in the catalog and builds a playlist from the matches in your account.

What you need

  • A YMusicExport account — sign in by email or via Telegram.
  • Yandex Music connected — through Yandex's official device-code sign-in; we never see your password.
  • A track list: one per line, in the form “Artist — Track”. A list you saved earlier on this site works, as does one you put together by hand.

How to import

  1. Sign in and connect Yandex Music on the “Accounts” page.
  2. On the home page, choose the “Text → Yandex Music” transfer.
  3. Paste the list or upload a .txt file. Optionally set a playlist name.
  4. Click “Transfer”. You can follow the progress on the transfer page.

What you get

Each line gets one of these statuses:

  • Transferred — the track was found and added to the playlist.
  • Review — a similar match was found, but without full confidence. You can confirm it or pick another one.
  • Not found — there's no matching track in the catalog. Hover over the status to see why: for example, the artist isn't in the catalog or doesn't have that track.

The Yandex Music catalog depends on your account's country, so some tracks may be unavailable in your region specifically.

Tips

  • Write lines as “Artist — Track”: that gives the most accurate search.
  • Latin and Cyrillic titles, transliteration and versions (“Remastered”, “Live”) are recognized automatically.
  • If the wrong track was matched, you can replace it manually or skip transferring that track.
